All FAT, TAT, FET, ETT and Fire Safe tests can be performed internally at FRVALVE with witness by 3rd party. All test facilities are certified and calibrated as relative specifications.
Valve Marking
FET at ambient temperature
Metal to Metal Seal, FAT, High Pressure Gas Seat Test at pressure 256 bar and temperature 320 ℃, with ZERO leaking.
TAT and FET at temperature 120 ℃ for SHELL project
Metal to Metal Seal Ball valve under high pressure gas test and Actuator Performance Function Test.
TAT and FET at temperature -46 ℃ for actuated valve
