2. Can the traditional verification manner truly address our concerns ?
2.1 Can the common pressure tests stated in API6D and API598 truly verify correctly and address all concerns ?
Our answer is no. Not all. So we recommend our customers and end users to stipulate high pressure gas test
qualification as your valve acceptance condition.
2.2. Many end users and EPC ask for FET as per ISO 15848‐2. Can this term help you address the quality concern ?
Our answer is not at all. Here we like to share with you our FEA analysis result, for your reference.

4.2 For the parts joints, innovation engineering, fully consider explosion proof, on condition of dynamic & static.
4.3 Innovation enginnering, keep the valve full anti‐static with zero electric resistance.
4.4 Use the correct sealing part material, to prevent any possibility sealing part explosion.
4.5 Combined use of anti‐explosion sealing parts and correct joint engineering, to guarantee fire safe sealing.
4.6 Special parts consideration for pressure instant loss moment, to reduce the explosion gradient that is a new
engineering innovation performed on our products and it's verified and validated on our valves.

5. How to truly verify explosion proof ? There are lots of companies possess ATEX certificates, but there is no one true explosion proof performance verification. All are just based on hypothesis, as what we did 6 years ago.
We think there is no one truly do explosion proof test, so we want to do, and did already against some above factor.
