TOP ENTRY ball valve is designed to be easily maintained on line. To remove the bonnet from the valve allows free access to the ball and seats without the need for any special maintenance tools or any external adjustments of the seats. The ball and seats are easily removed from the top of the valve simultaneously. 

Double Piston Effect (DPE) seats are recommended always by us for this type construction. A body relief valve is required to vent any internal over pressure due to thermal expansion. The relieved medium can be piped to required space or pipeline.

After maintenance, the valve can be pressure tested, on line at jobsite, by applying pressure into the body cavity to verify the maintenance performance successfully. 

Top entry engineering possesses all side entry TMBV characteristics.

To meet over 25 years job site serve life, weld overlay in critical sealing with 316L SS or Nickel alloys is recommended by us.
